Service Delivery Manager

Entia are launching an exciting new service into hospitals and patients homes. We are seeking a delivery manager who can take responsibility for the planning and execution of our rollout in a way that achieves success against our business outcomes.
This is going to require an individual who can help plan, coordinate and communicate whilst also getting hands-on across many areas of delivery.
What you’ll do
- The day-to-day operational management of the service rollout, and pragmatic development of the systems and processes that support the service and its rollout.
- Proactively managing expectations of all external stakeholders.
- Ensuring that everyone has shared visibility of the work across our teams of engineering, product, training, supply chain and commercial to ensure that the service delivers against our business outcomes.
- Proactively identifying bottlenecks/risks and working with the delivery team to identify possible solutions.
- Managing key hospital partner accounts and support with implementation process to ensure Healthcare Professionals are onboarded and trained.
- Reporting on the performance of the service to share with internal stakeholders and our commercial partners. Accountable for establishing and delivering against KPIs.
- Working with product teams to understand the balance between service delivery and ongoing development, and to ensure that we manage our overall capacity to deliver whilst maintaining team health.
You must have
- Proven experience delivering and embedding a service to customers and users
- Great communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Examples of proactively managing the expectations of key stakeholders
- Experience in creating and clearly communicating plans, and continuously evolving plans as new information is acquired
- Flexibility and resourcefulness to flourish in a fast-changing and uncertain environment
- Experience working in healthcare (or a very similar domain)
Good to have (but not essential)
- Experience in oncology
- Experience of delivering training to patients and / or healthcare professionals
- Previous project management experience
